Books may only be returned under the following conditions: (i) if they have arrived in a damaged state, (ii) if there are missing or defective pages, (iii) if incorrect books have been sent, (iv) if an excessive quantity was ordered by mistake, or (v) if there is any other manufacturing defect.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

Upon acceptance of your return request, you will need to self-ship the book(s) using India Post to the following warehouse address:

The courier charges for self-shipping the book(s) will be reimbursed to you in addition to the order amount. A refund will be processed from our side only after the book(s) have been received in satisfactory condition. Once the refund is initiated, you will receive an email confirming the details of the return request. The refunded amount should appear in your bank account within 7-10 business days. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, the refund will be processed on the same day and will also reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days. Please note that a payment gateway fee of 2.2% will be deducted from the total transaction amount.
